Six weeks of coached training, a simple nutrition plan, and a coach who checks in with you every single week. Starts Monday, September 21 — so you walk into the holidays already back in a rhythm, not promising yourself January.
70 challengers joined 42 STRONG in 2025. The ones who completed final weigh-ins lost nearly 240 lbs together.
You were doing okay. Then came the vacations, the barbecues, the kids home all day, the schedule that stopped being a schedule.
Now it's September and you keep telling yourself some version of the same thing:
"I know what I should be doing. I'm just not doing it."
"I do well for a few days, then life gets in the way."
"I don't need another diet. I need consistency."
Here's the truth nobody in the fitness industry likes to say: your problem was never information. You need structure, and you need someone paying attention.
That's what 42 STRONG is. Six weeks. A coach who knows your name. A plan simple enough to follow on your worst week — and people around you doing it too.
We've been coaching this community since 2014, and we run 42 STRONG once a year. Here's what last September looked like — real numbers from our own tracking sheets, not marketing math:
started the 2025 challenge.
collectively by the challengers who completed their final weigh-ins.
what most challengers lose in six weeks — across hundreds of people who've done our challenges since 2014.
off the waist of a challenger who lost less than 4 lbs on the scale. The scale doesn't tell the whole story — and we measure more than the scale.
a week, consistently — the rhythm behind most of our success stories. Consistency beats intensity.
coaching Guttenberg, North Bergen, West New York and Weehawken.
Nobody starved. Nobody did two-a-days at 4 AM. They showed up, followed a simple plan, and stayed in touch with their coach.
And if you're coming in with a bigger goal: our top transformations have reached 15–20 lbs in the six weeks. That's the ceiling, not the promise — but it's been done, more than once, by people who went all in on the plan.
No mystery, no "we'll be in touch." This is the actual process, start to finish.
You'll get a confirmation that locks in your spot and gives you the key dates. And here's the good part: there's nothing else you need to do yet. No homework, no pre-challenge grind. Your only job is to show up when kickoff week arrives.
This is when everything comes to you. You'll be assigned your coach — not a chatbot, not "the team," one specific coach whose job is to know your name, your goal, and your week. You'll come in for your five-minute starting measurements: weigh-in, waist and hips, progress photos. Private, no judgment. And you'll get access to your challenge home base — one place for the nutrition guide, check-ins, coach info, call replays, and finale details.
Everyone together, in person. You'll meet your coach, meet the other challengers, walk through the nutrition plan, and leave knowing exactly what Week 1 looks like. Challengers tell us every year this is the day it stops feeling like "a program" and starts feeling like a team.
Monday, September 21 is Day 1. From there:
You train at BUILD (strength) and BURN (conditioning) sessions — your challenge includes 30 coached sessions, up to 5 a week. Every session is run by a coach who corrects your form and adjusts for your level. And here's the honest truth from twelve years of challenges: most of our best results have come from people training just 2–3 times a week, consistently, week after week. Use all 30 if you want them. You don't need to.
You follow the nutrition plan, one phase at a time. We coach you through each phase as you reach it, so you're never handed a binder and left alone.
You send your coach a short weekly check-in. Your coach actually reads it and responds. And if you go quiet — this is the part that matters — your coach notices and reaches out. That's the difference between one rough weekend and three rough weeks.
At the end of the 42 days, we repeat your measurements and photos, side by side with where you started. Then we celebrate at the finale — awards, recognition, and a room full of people who watched you do it.
Up to 5 a week of strength training and conditioning, every session run by a coach who corrects your form and adjusts for your level. Most challengers see great results on just 2–3 consistent sessions a week — 30 gives you room to do more when your schedule allows.
One person who reviews your weekly check-in, answers your questions, and helps you adjust before a bad week becomes a bad month.
A real, structured plan with phases, portion guidance, and practical meals. Built for people who cook for a family and eat out sometimes. No food is banned — and you're coached through it one phase at a time, never handed a binder and left alone.
Short, simple, and actually read by a human who knows you.
Starting and final weight, waist and hip measurements, and progress photos through our SC Strong tracking system.
A group chat with your fellow challengers and coaches, plus weekly community challenges to keep it fun.
You start with the whole team, you finish celebrated, and yes: you earn the shirt.
The person who drops the most weight is not the only success story in the room — not even close. But we do celebrate, and we do it properly.
The challenger who showed up, checked in, and did the work, week after week.
The most complete change: measurements, photos, effort, and story.
The strongest result relative to starting point — so every body size competes fairly.
The six weeks are designed as a beginning, not an ending. What you build in 42 days — the routine, the habits, the people who know your name — is yours to keep going with. That's the actual prize.
42 STRONG works for people who are willing to do three things: show up to sessions, follow a simple plan, and answer their coach's check-ins. That's it. You don't need to be in shape, experienced, or motivated every single day — the structure carries you on the days motivation doesn't.
But we'll be honest with you the same way we'd be honest face-to-face: if what you really want is cheap access to equipment and to be left alone, this isn't your program, and there are gyms nearby that will serve you better for less. Coaching and accountability are the whole product here. If that's what you've been missing, you're exactly who this was built for.
The early pricing isn't a trick, and there's no fake countdown clock. Registering early gives our coaching team time to assign your coach, schedule your measurements, and prepare kickoff for everyone. People who make our job easier pay less. The prices increase on exactly the dates above — not before, not after.
Everything is included at every price. And registration takes about two minutes: you'll get a confirmation locking in your spot, then everything else — your coach, your measurements, your home base — comes to you during kickoff week, September 14–20. Nothing to do until then.
No. Most challengers every year are beginners or people returning after a break. Every session is coached, and every exercise gets adjusted to your level.
Fair question — and honestly, if a program only works while it's running, it didn't really work. 42 STRONG is built as a continuation, not a crash: the nutrition phases teach you how to eat in your real life, the routine is one you can keep after Day 42, and your coach's job is to help you build habits, not just survive six weeks. What you do afterward is up to you — but you'll leave with a system, not just a result.
Sessions are under an hour, and most challengers train 2–3 times a week at whichever times fit their schedule — your challenge includes up to 30 sessions, so there's room for more when you have it. Add a short weekly check-in you can send from your phone. That's the whole time commitment.
You message your coach, you adjust, and you keep going. There are multiple session times every day, and missing days doesn't disqualify you from anything. The challenge is built for real life, including the messy weeks.
No. Nothing is banned. The nutrition plan teaches you how to fit the foods you love into a week that still gets results — that's the skill that lasts.
Then talk to a coach before you spend a dollar. Tell us where you're at, ask anything, and we'll tell you honestly whether 42 STRONG is the right fit. Talk to a coach here.
You can get there the usual way — busy, tired, promising yourself January.
Or you can get there after 42 days of training with a coach, eating with a plan, and being part of a team that noticed every time you showed up. Stronger, lighter on your feet, back in a rhythm that's actually yours.
Same six weeks. Very different December.
These are the coaches waiting for you at kickoff. The challenge starts Monday, September 21. Registration is $100 off through August 31, and the price goes up after that — for real.
